Two years ago I captured mom and dad's wedding day and this week I got to meet their first born... twins for their Newborn session!
I adored every minute of this shoot... double blessings indeed!

It's MY Cake Day! {Cake Smash}

I absolutely LOVE cake smash sessions... especially if I met the little person at their newborn session, and I get to see them again with their 1st birthday.

Elize Mare Photography did little Willem's Newborn session, and his mom brough him for his cake smash session!

I did mom and dad's pregnancy announcement shoot.... the monthly bump growth photo... and I met Willem jnr on 2 August 2014 for his newborn shoot - an absolute littly cutie pie!!!

On his 1st Birthday, he came to visit me in studio for a cake smash session... and he had loads of fun!!!

Our Kryptonite {Newborn}

When Dad, Francois, contacted Elize Mare Photography for the newbornsession of their little guy, he indicated they wanted a little Superhero shoot, in the form of Superman..... and this is what I did for them.. 
Three weeks young little Juan... mom and Dad and sister Anze's Superman..

Greek Goddess {Portrait}

After the Studio session Elize Mare Photography had with Helene at #Storyspace, I just HAD to google the meaning of Helene's name... and I couln't agree more:

"Shining light. The bright one."

Helene - you are STUNNING and this is absolutely how I saw you trough my lens!

oh, and by the way... I also read this, and found it to be very accurate:

"People with this name tend to be orderly and dedicated to building their lives on a solid foundation of order and service. Although these were shot in studio, it was all done with Natural light only!
